Fruity Duty

Fruity Duty was a short consultancy project done for Playground Publishing. I was asked to do consultancy on the art direction of the project and give suggestions on how to improve it with small changes. My approach was to change as little as possible and still get as big effect as I could. I ended up redesigning the UI and UX of the game and to give a suggestion on a new logo and branding of the game.

Winning Manager Football is a f2p project pitch I worked briefly in 2013. Idea behind the project was to create a very tactical f2p manager gaming experience that would still be very easy to pick up and learn. Visually we wanted the game to be very true to modern broadcasting graphics that our target audience was accustomed to when watching the big national leagues and European cup competitions.

About Me

I'm an entrepreneur and a seasoned game industry professional with a creative and artistic background. I'm currently working as an Art Director at Rovio Entertainment.

I have worked in different creative and management roles in more than 40 games (mostly for Mobile, iPhone & PC), including well-known brands like Trivial Pursuit, Playman, South Park, Brick Breaker Revolution and most recently Quantum Break for XBox One.

Although currently focusing on a AAA title, I keep a close eye on F2P and iOS game development, and help emerging game studios with branding, usability and game economy balancing as a consultant and adviser. Before working with games, I worked mainly with web development, advertisements; and gained experience in Flash, Nintendo, Amiga and PC platforms through developing demos in Demoscene.
